Registration and fees

Registration to the conference has been opened on the 16th of February 2010.
Registration is legally binding.

The student price is only for graduate students (not post-graduated students).

Payment: Invoices will be sent after the Conference.

Cancellation and refunds:

Cancellation of any kind has to be made by email to the Summer University of Hame, kesayliopisto@hame.fi.
If the participation is cancelled, registration fee will apply for cancellations. No refund will be provided for cancellations.

Participants on-line registration

The registration fee does not cover accommodation or coffee/lunch/dinner. Please, reserve your room directly from the hotel. Please note that the conference Hotel Rantasipi Aulanko has a limited number of rooms available.

Workshop on-line registration

The participant pays the workshop fee mentioned at the program. The registration fee does not cover accommodation or coffee/lunch. Also the workshop trainers use this same on-line registration form.
