The management of decentralized networks demands new information and communication technological know-how as both technology and management processes continuously develop at a fast pace. The generic aptitudes of our information society (communication and team-work skills, initiative, responsibility, information management, using information and communication networks) are the most influential and effective skills in the operational culture of an academic institution. The Workshop will examine how the innovative use of information and communication techniques aids the leadership; and how technology helps to create an innovative operational culture in:
1. various leadership and management practices;
2. remote and telemanagement;
3. creating and innovative environment;
4. leadership and management training
