ITK´09 Call for Papers has ended!

ITK Forums 23.-24.4.2009

• Forum-presentation = Maximum duration of the presentation is 40 min, which includes the actual presentation (30 min.) and a break (10 min.). The break can be used for the discussions, if needed. Presentation can be held either 23.4.2009 or 24.4.2009.
  

ITK Open content bazaar 23.-24.4.2009

• Open content bazaar offers examples about variated open contents made by teachers, trainers, organizations or by who ever who wants to present their open contents. Open content bazaar is open throughout the conference.

ITK Workshops 22.4.2009

• Workshops = Discussive sessions with scheduled programme. The programme can include e.g. other presentators, demonstrations, interactivities etc. Workshops concenctrate on one main issue and can last half a day or the whole day.
  

Costs for lecturers and organizers

1. Forum lecturer (Maximum duration of the presentation is 40 min which includes the actual presentation 30 min. and discussion 10 min.)

The participant pays the
- Normal conference fee 120 eur/1 day, 170 eur/2 days, 50 eur/students
- The Summer University will cover lunch and coffee on the presentation day

2. Open content bazaar

The participant pays the
- Normal conference fee 120 eur/1 day, 170 eur/2 days, 50 eur/students
- No costs covered by the Summer University.

3. Workshop

The organizer of the workshop takes care of the planning and the marketing of the workshop.
- The Summer University markets the workshop as a part of the whole conference marketing (conference programme, www-pages).
Expenses:
- The fee of the workshop place is 400 eur.
- The administrative fee is 30 eur per workshop participant.
- If the workshop is canceled, the Summer University will invoice 300 eur as management expenses.
